Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Water
  2. 1/2 cups - Honey
  3. 3/4 ounces - Lemon Juice
  4. 1/2 ounces - Honey Syrup see above
  5. 2 ounces - Apple Juice

Directions:

Make honey syrup: In a saucepan, bring ¼ cup water to a boil, then stir in ½ cup honey. Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, honey syrup, apple juice and crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an apple slice.
