Mediterranean Roast Turkey

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - onion chopped
  2. 1/2 cups - oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  3. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - garlic minced
  5. 1 teaspoons - Greek seasoning
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  8. 4 pounds - turkey breast
  9. 1/2 cups - chicken broth
  10. 3 tablespoons - flour

Directions:

Combine first 8 ingredients in crockpot. Add 1/4 cup of broth. Cook on low for 7 hours.

Then combine remaining 1/4 cup broth with flour in a small bowl; stir with wisk until smooth. Add broth mixture to crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.

Cut turkey into slices.
