Ingredients:
- - Hummus, recipe included below
- 1/4 cups - Diced, seeded tomato
- 2 tablespoons - Chopped, pitted Greek olives
- 2 teaspoons - Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoons - Dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
- 3/4 cups - Chopped, seeded cucumber
- 3/4 teaspoons - Dried dill weed
- 1/4 cups - Fat-free plain yogurt
- 6 whole - Pita breads Cut into triangles
- 1 cans - 15-oz. Garbanzo beans For hummus
- 1/4 cups - Fat-free plain yogurt For hummus
- 2 tablespoons - 2-3 T Tahini For hummus
- 2 cloves - Garlic For hummus
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon juice For hummus
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt For hummus
- 1/8 teaspoons - Cayenne pepper For hummus

Directions:
FOR HUMMUS: Process beans, yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt & cayenne in a food processor until smooth.
FOR DIP: Prepare Hummus. Spoon Hummus onto large plate or serving platter, leaving a border around edge of plate. Combine tomatoes, olives, oil, oregano, salt & pepper; spoon mixture over Hummus, leaving a border of Hummus showing. Spoon combined cucumber and dill weed over tomatoes, leaving a border of tomatoes showing. Spoon yogurt over cucumbers. Serve w/ pita triangles.
