Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - frozen meatballs
- 28 ounces - can of diced tomatoes undrained
- 1/2 pounds - carrots peeled and sliced
- 3 cups - fresh green beans ends cut off and chopped
- 1 ounces - fresh baby spinach
- 1 - small onion peeled and chopped
- 4 cloves - garlic
- 15 ounces - can of kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 15 ounces - can of cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoons - honey
- 2 tablespoons - Italian seasonings
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground black pepper
- 8 cups - chicken broth not needed until day of cooking
- 1 cups - uncooked elbow macaroni not needed until day of cooking
Directions:
Thaw overnight in refrigerator or in water. Add to crockpot with chicken broth. Cook on low setting for 8 hours. Add pasta and cook for additional 30 minutes on high setting.
