Meat - Vegetables - Grill - Go

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - or 3 pounds of high quality steak tips
  2. - Whole30 approved marinade or rub of your choice optional
  3. 3 - bell peppers (1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red)
  4. 2 - sweet onions
  5. 2 - portabella mushrooms
  6. 2 - zucchini
  7. 1 - pineapple

Directions:

Slice all vegetables and fruit into wide, thick slices.

No oil is needed, though you might prefer to brush or spray a little on the vegetables to keep them from sticking.

Set the grill to medium heat. Add the steak tips and denser vegetables (peppers, onions, zucchini). After cooking a couple of minutes, add the portabella and pineapple.

Turn the vegetables and pineapple often; turn steak tips as needed.

Grill until meat is cooked to preference (10-15 minutes) and vegetables are the desired tenderness.

Grill marks taste good, so don't be afraid of a few lines seared into the pineapple.
