Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1 - onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons - fat
- 2 cups - rice uncooked
- 1 cans - tomatoes
- - salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions.
Brown onion and beef in hot fat. Add seasonings and tomatoes.
Place in casserole dish, alternating rice and meat mixture, beginning and ending with rice.
Place in 350 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes.
