Marshmallow Crispy Treats

  1. 4 tablespoons - salted butter plus more for greasing pan
  2. 1 bags - 10 oz. marshmallows
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  4. 6 cups - rice cereal
  5. 1 bags - 10 oz. mini white marshmallows
  6. - rainbow sprinkles to decorate


Grease a 9-x-13-inch pan with softened butter.

In a large pan, melt the butter; stir in regular marshmallows until they are completely melted. Stir in the salt. Remove from heat and set aside.

Pour in the rice crispy cereal, folding gently the whole time until all is combined well. Then pour in the miniature marshmallows and gently fold in.

Turn the mixture into the buttered pan and press flat. Immediately top with rainbow sprinkles.

Let cool completely, then cut into squares.
