Ingredients:

  1. - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. 1 - Shallot minced
  3. 1 cups - Port wine
  4. 2 tablespoons - Beef stock
  5. 1/2 cups - Chocolate balsamic

Directions:

Saute the shallot in the olive oil until just translucent. Add the port wine and reduce by half. Add the beef stock and Chocolate balsamic and reduce by 1/4.
