Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - Whole milk ricotta cheese
  2. 8 ounces - Italian-blend grated cheese
  3. 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan cheese
  4. - Kosher salt
  5. - Freshly ground pepper
  6. 1 cups - Jarred marinara sauce
  7. 4 ounces - Fresh mozzarella Sliced
  8. - Fresh basil For topping
  9. - Bread sticks For serving

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Stir together ricotta, Italian and Parmesan cheeses in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Evenly spread cheese mixture in a deep-dish pie plate or 1 1/2- to - 2-qt. baking dish. Spoon sauce over cheese, leaving a clean border around the edge. Top with mozzarella slices.
4. Bake about 20 min., until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Top with basil and serve with bread sticks for dipping.
