Maple Walnut Granola

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - rolled oats
  2. 1 cups - wheat germ
  3. 1/4 cups - sesame seeds
  4. 1/4 cups - maple syrup
  5. 2 tablespoons - molasses
  6. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  7. 1/2 cups - raisins
  8. 1/2 cups - chopped walnuts
  9. 1/2 cups - dried cranberries

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

3. Transfer to a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, turning often with a spatula, until mixture is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
