Ingredients:
- 8 - medium potatoes boiled, chopped
- 6 - eggs boiled, chopped
- 1 bags - frozen green peas small bag
- 3 cups - chicken, turkey or Canadian bacon cooked, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups - chopped pickles
- 1/2 cups - vinegar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoons - French's mustard
- 1 cups - Walden Farm's Ranch dressing
- 1 cups - Greek non-fat plain yogurt
Directions:
(Boil the eggs and potatoes together to save time).
1. Mix potatoes, chopped eggs, pickles, peas and meat of your choice together.
2. Mix yogurt, Ranch dressing, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together; then add to your potato mixture.
3. Taste and add additional salt, pepper or vinegar, if needed.
