Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Mango
  2. 3 leaves - Romaine Lettuce
  3. 1 stalks -
  4. 1 bunches - Watercress Optional
  5. 3 stalks - Scallion
  6. 2 - Persian Cucumbers
  7. 1/2 cups - Pomegrante Seeds
  8. 1 - Avocado
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  10. 1 tablespoons - Flax Seed Oil any oil works
  11. 1 tablespoons - White Vinegar
  12. - Salt and Pepper
  13. -

Directions:

- Chop the mango, avocado, lettuce, scallions, watercress and cucumbers and put them together in a large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
