Ingredients:
- 1 - Mango
- 3 leaves - Romaine Lettuce
- 1 stalks -
- 1 bunches - Watercress Optional
- 3 stalks - Scallion
- 2 - Persian Cucumbers
- 1/2 cups - Pomegrante Seeds
- 1 - Avocado
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Flax Seed Oil any oil works
- 1 tablespoons - White Vinegar
- - Salt and Pepper

Directions:
- Chop the mango, avocado, lettuce, scallions, watercress and cucumbers and put them together in a large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
