Mango Salsa with Luscombe Farm Jalapeno Peach Jelly

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Peach Jalapeno Jelly
  2. 1/4 cups - fresh lime juice
  3. 2 - large mangoes peeled, diced
  4. 1 - large red bell pepper diced
  5. 1/4 cups - fresh cilantro chopped

Directions:

Whisk together jelly and lime juice in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Cover and chill 8 hours.
