Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  2. 1/2 cups - tomato diced
  3. 1/2 cups - mango diced
  4. 2 tablespoons - sweet onion chopped
  5. 1 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  6. 1 tablespoons - fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
  7. 1/3 cups - tomato chopped
  8. 1 tablespoons - sweet onion chopped
  9. 1 - jalapeno halved and seeded
  10. 1 cloves - garlic
  11. 1 teaspoons - ground coriander or cilantro
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cumin

Directions:

Puree the first 7 ingredients in a food processor fitted with metal knife. Transfer puree to a medium bowl.

Fold in the remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
