Mango Cilantro Slaw

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - honey
  2. 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  3. 3 tablespoons - white wine vinegar
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - celery seed
  5. 2 tablespoons - canola oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - poppy seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  9. 1 packages - 10 oz. finely shredded cabbage
  10. 1 - firm, ripe mango peeled, seeded, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  11. 1/3 cups - chopped cilantro
  12. 3 - green onions chopped

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, mayonnaise, celery seed, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Add cabbage, mango, cilantro, and green onions; toss until well-combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend, about 1 hour.
