To make a meal -- marinade some chicken tenders in teriyaki sauce and grill; then chop and add to salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 heads - romaine or leafy lettuce torn into pieces
- 1 packages - broccoli slaw
- 1 heads - broccoli florettes chopped
- 1/2 cups - slivered almonds
- 1/4 cups - sesame seeds
- 1 packages - Ramen noodles
- 1 cans - mandarin oranges large can
- 1/3 cups - oil
- 1 tablespoons - sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 3 tablespoons - vinegar red wine or rice
Directions:
Place chopped broccoli florets in bowl and pour boiling water over them and let sit for 2-3 minutes to soften.
Toast almonds, sesame seeds and plain (not cooked, not seasoned) broken noodles from Ramen package on a cookie sheet in oven at 425° F for 6-8 minutes.
In large bowl combine lettuce, broccoli slaw, broccoli florettes, toasted mixture and mandarin oranges.
For dressing, combine all dressing ingredients, whipping together well until emulsified. OR use Brianna's Brand Homestyle orange mandarin vinaigrette.
Toss salad with dressing to taste and serve.
