Ingredients:
- 1 dozen - Chicken Wing (Wingettes or Drumettes)
- 1 teaspoons - Salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoons - Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic Powder (to taste)
- 1/2 cups - DC Mambo Sauce Capital City Sweet Hot
- 1 tablespoons - Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoons - Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoons - Fresh Ginger Root Grated
- 1 whole - Scallion sliced thin
- 1 teaspoons - Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoons - Ground Fermented Black Garlic Trader Joes sells this!
Directions:
1. Preheat airfryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
2. Pat wings dry, then season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder on both sides.
3. Cook wings at 360 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip and cook another 12 minutes at 390 Degrees.
4. While wings are cooking make the sauce. Combine Mambo Sauce, Honey, Ginger, Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil in a small bowl. Whisk with a fork until combined.
5. Once wings are done (should be cooked to 165 internal at least) add to a large bowl and quickly toss with sauce to cover.
6. Add Sauced wings to a bowl/dish and garnish with Slice Scallions, Sesame Seeds, and black garlic.
