Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Paneer Crumbled
- 1/2 cups - Potatoes Boiled, Peeled, Mashed
- 1/4 cups - Carrot Grated
- 2 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Tomato Ketchup
- 1 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
- 1 pinchs - Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger Grated
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Grated
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander Chopped
- 3 tablespoons - Cornflour
- - Salt To Taste
- - Oil Deep Frying
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 2 teaspoons - Butter
- 1 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
- 1 pieces - Onion Sliced Thinly
- 2 pieces - Tomato Grated
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric
- 1 tablespoons - Cumin Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
- 1 teaspoons - Kaju Magajtari Khaskhas Paste Take in equal portions. Soak for 1/2 hour then crush till smooth paste.

- 1 teaspoons - Milk Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Malai
- 1 cubes - Cheese
- - Coriander
Directions:
For Malai Koftas
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Divide and shape them.
Fry on a medium flame until golden brown.
For Red Gravy
Heat Oil and Butter in a Pan.
Now add ginger garlic chilly paste and onion and saute till onions are a little brown.
Now add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, coriander cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, kitchen king masala and kasuri methi and mix together.
Now add Kaju paste and mash everything together.
Now add water and milk powder, malai and cheese and mix it all.
Now add malai kofta to red gravy and serve hot.
Garnish with Coriander.
