Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 liters - Milk
  2. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  3. 1 cups - Makhana
  4. 20 pieces - Almonds
  5. 1 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
  6. 1 teaspoons - Cashew Slices
  7. 1 teaspoons - Almond Slices
  8. 3 tablespoons - Sugar
  9. - Roasted Makhana
  10. - Almond Slices
  11. - Cashew

Directions:

Boil milk in a saucepan.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast makhana and almonds.
When cooled, crush them coarsely.
Now combine the mixture with cardamom, cashew, almond slices and sugar.
Now add the mixture in milk and boil them.
Serve kheer with garnishing.
