Ingredients:
- 7 cups - bran flakes
- 5 cups - flour
- 5 teaspoons - baking soda
- 2 teaspoons - salt
- 3 cups - white sugar
- 1/2 cups - oil
- 1/2 cups - melted margarine or butter
- 1 quarts - buttermilk
- 4 - eggs lightly beaten
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours but up to 7 weeks.
Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes a good 3 dozen muffins.
