This recipe can easily be increased, but too many baking pans in the oven at one time prevent desired browning. Wings are best when not chilled.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - Chicken wings and/or thighs
- 1/3 cups - Honey
- 1/3 cups - Vinegar
- 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 1/3 cups - Soy sauce
- 2 cloves - Garlic Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Dry sherry
- 1/2 cups - Chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons - Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cut wing tips off and disjoint wings.
2. Blend honey, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sherry, chicken broth and cinnamon and pour over wings. Marinate overnight.
3. Heat oven to 350. Place wings in one layer on a baking sheet w/ an edge or in a shallow roasting pan; pour marinade over chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hrs., stirring several times with spatula. Cook until wings are deep brown and marinade is mostly syrupy.
4. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds and serve at room temperature.
