This dish goes well with couscous and/or a salad Can add parsley to onion mixture if you'd like Can substitute any thick white fish (such as cod) for Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:
- 1 whole - Mahi Mahi
- 1 - Yellow Onion Dice Yellow Onion
- 1 - Lemon Juice Lemon
- 4 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- - Salt and Pepper To Taste
- - Bread crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Mix diced onion, juiced lemon, olive oil, salt and papper in bowl
Put Mahi Mahi in baking dish
Pour onion/lemon minsutre on top of fish so it cover it
Sprinkle the whole fish with bread crumbs
Put in the oven and bake at 425 for 12 minutes
Make sure fish is cooked all the way through, may need an extra minute or two
