Mahi Mahi Miso Tacos

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Mahi Mahi Thawed
  2. 2 tablespoons - Olive oil
  3. 1/2 bottles - Global Plate Tangerine Miso SAuce
  4. 1 bags - 14 0z. Dole Classic Coleslaw
  5. 1 bags - 30-ct. corn tortillas

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a sheet pan with foil and rub half of the olive oil on top. Place the Mahi Mahi onto the foiled pan and coat with the remaining olive oil.
2. Bake fish for 20-25 min. or until it reaches at least 145 degrees.
3. Place the cooked Mahi Mahi into a large bowl and add in the coleslaw and the Tangerine Miso sauce. Mix well until combined.
4. Place mixture into the corn tortillas and enjoy!
