Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons - whole-grain mustard
  4. 3 ribs - celery finely chopped
  5. 3 - large tomatoes cored and diced
  6. 4 - green onions white and green parts chopped
  7. 1 pounds - elbow macaroni cooked according to package directions
  8. - kosher salt and ground black pepper

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Add celery, tomatoes, green onion and macaroni. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Cover and refrigerate. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving. Serve cold.
