Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - green pepper or banana pepper chopped
  2. 2 - large carrots grated or chopped finely
  3. 1 - red or sweet onion chopped
  4. 1 pounds - macaroni noodles not over- or under-cooked
  5. 2 cups - Miracle Whip
  6. 1/8 cups - sugar
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt
  8. 2 teaspoons - pepper
  9. 1 cups - white vinegar
  10. 1 cans - Eagle Brand condensed milk
  11. 1 tablespoons - horseradish

Directions:

Blend together Miracle Whip, sugar, vinegar, Eagle Brand, salt and pepper, and horseradish until combined thoroughly.
Stir into macaroni and vegetables. It will be soupy in appearance, but by next day will be OK when stirred.
Refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving.
