Smoked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 2 bags - three-blend grated cheddar cheese
  2. - plain bread crumbs Enough to top the dish
  3. 1 packages - bacon bits
  4. 1/2 cups - barbeque sauce
  5. 1 packages - macaroni noodles
  6. 1 packages - 8 oz. sour cream
  7. 2 cups - whole milk
  8. 1 teaspoons - kosher salt
  9. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  10. 1 teaspoons - coarse black pepper
  11. 1/2 cups - butter
  12. 2 cans - Campbell's condensed cheddar soup

Directions:

Boil noodles.

Mix wet ingredients; add bbq sauce mix with mixer with cheese and bacon bits.
Add bacon bits and one bag of cheese.

Drain noodles. Mix sauce in noodles.

Cover with second bag of cheese and BBQ sauce.

Smoke in smoker.
