Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 1/4 cups - Flour
- 1 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1 cups - Cream Light
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dry mustard
- 1 teaspoons - Onion powder
- - Salt and pepper To taste
- 4 cups - Cheese Assortment
- 1/2 cubes - Parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces - Macaroni
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 1/4 cups - Flour
- 1 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1 cups - Cream Light
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dry mustard
- 1 teaspoons - Onion powder
- - Salt and pepper To taste
- 4 cups - Cheese Assortment
- 1/2 cubes - Parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces - Macaroni
Directions:
Make a roux with butter and flour. After slightly browning add milk and cream. Cook for a few minutes until heats but doesn’t boil. Add seasonings and cheeses. Stir until smooth. Add cooked macaroni. Put into a 9/9 greased baking dish. Can put a crumb top if desired 3/4 cup bread crumbs, 3Tablespoon Butter and 1 cup cheese. Cover with aluminum foil; bake in preheated 425 oven for 20 min. May take longer if it’s been refrigerated.
