Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Butter
  2. 1/4 cups - Flour
  3. 1 1/2 cups - Milk
  4. 1 cups - Cream Light
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  6. 1 teaspoons - Onion powder
  7. - Salt and pepper To taste
  8. 4 cups - Cheese Assortment
  9. 1/2 cubes - Parmesan cheese
  10. 10 ounces - Macaroni
  11. 1/4 cups - Butter
  12. 1/4 cups - Flour
  13. 1 1/2 cups - Milk
  14. 1 cups - Cream Light
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  16. 1 teaspoons - Onion powder
  17. - Salt and pepper To taste
  18. 4 cups - Cheese Assortment
  19. 1/2 cubes - Parmesan cheese
  20. 10 ounces - Macaroni

Directions:

Make a roux with butter and flour. After slightly browning add milk and cream. Cook for a few minutes until heats but doesn’t boil. Add seasonings and cheeses. Stir until smooth. Add cooked macaroni. Put into a 9/9 greased baking dish. Can put a crumb top if desired 3/4 cup bread crumbs, 3Tablespoon Butter and 1 cup cheese. Cover with aluminum foil; bake in preheated 425 oven for 20 min. May take longer if it’s been refrigerated.
