Lynz Coller's Sweet Corn Spoon Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup) melted
  2. 1 cups - sour cream
  3. 3 - eggs
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 packages - 8.5 oz. Jiffy cornbread mix
  6. 1 cans - 14.75 oz. cream style corn
  7. 1 cans - 15 oz. whole kernel corn drained

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the casserole dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until the spoon bread is golden brown and set.
