- 1/2 cups - butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup) melted
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 packages - 8.5 oz. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cans - 14.75 oz. cream style corn
- 1 cans - 15 oz. whole kernel corn drained
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until the spoon bread is golden brown and set.
