- 1 packages - Sargento® Chef Blends™ Shredded 6 Cheese Italian Cheese (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Fontina, Romano and aged Asiago)

- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Crack the eggs over a small bowl. Use a wire whisk or a fork to beat the eggs until they are frothy on the top.
Add parsley flakes and salt to the egg mixture. Beat them in with the whisk or fork. Set the egg mixture aside.
Dump the ricotta cheese in a large bowl. Break up the cheese using a spatula or wooden spoon. Add the shredded cheese to the ricotta. Mix the cheeses together with the spoon.
Dump the egg mixture over the cheeses. Mix them all together until the egg mixture is completely blended with the cheese mixture.
In large skillet, cook chipped steak with onion until meat is no longer pink.Break up meat into chips with spatula and drain meat.
Lightly grease an 11" x 14" cookie sheet. Gently spread dough out on cookie sheet to a circle about 1/4" to 1/2" thick. Spoon ricotta cheese mixture down the middle lengthwise. Arrange cooked chipped steak/onion mix on top. Top with mozzarella cheese. Gently fold ends together, pressing down seams to seal.
Pucture top of dough several times with fork to vent. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
