Ingredients:
- 1 jars - jalapeno jelly 9 ounces
- 3 tablespoons - pineapple juice
- 1 pounds - skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoons - cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cups - sour cream
- - parsley sprigs optional garnish
Directions:
Combine the jelly and pineapple juice in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle pepper over chicken. Coat a large skillet with cooking oil spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and saute 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Spoon sauce onto individual plates. Top with chicken. Dollop with sour cream and garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
