Lucky Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - of greens (any kind - spinach, kale, chard, etc.)
  2. 1/2 - banana
  3. 1 - cup frozen fruit (I like strawberries or peaches. You can also use blueberries, pineapple, or mango)
  4. 16 - oz. filtered water (start here and use more to get your favorite consistency)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth (2-3 minutes.) Enjoy!
