Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups - flour
- 1 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1 sticks - margarine
- 1 cups - water OR strong coffee
- 1/4 cups - cocoa
- 3/4 cups - buttermilk
- 1/2 cups - egg substitute (enough for 2 eggs)
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1/4 cups - margarine
- 2 tablespoons - cocoa
- 1/4 cups - skim milk
- 2 1/2 cups - 10x (powdered) sugar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
Directions:
Combine cake ingredients; pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Melt margarine with cocoa and milk; stir in sugar and vanilla. Frost cake while still warm.
