Ingredients:

  1. 1 3/4 cups - flour
  2. 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  3. 1 sticks - margarine
  4. 1 cups - water OR strong coffee
  5. 1/4 cups - cocoa
  6. 3/4 cups - buttermilk
  7. 1/2 cups - egg substitute (enough for 2 eggs)
  8. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  9. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  10. 1/4 cups - margarine
  11. 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  12. 1/4 cups - skim milk
  13. 2 1/2 cups - 10x (powdered) sugar
  14. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Combine cake ingredients; pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Melt margarine with cocoa and milk; stir in sugar and vanilla. Frost cake while still warm.
