Low Fat Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  5. 2 cups - bran cereal
  6. 1 1/4 cups - milk
  7. 1/3 cups - brown sugar
  8. 1 - egg
  9. 1/2 cups - applesauce

Directions:

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together.

Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.

Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
