Low Carb option to wheat flour based bread rolls

- 100 grams - hot water
- 60 grams - ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons - psyllium husk powder finely ground
- 2/3 teaspoons - baking powder gluten free preferred
- 2 pinchs - salt
- 1 whole - egg
Heat the oven to 200C (180C with fan).
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the egg and water and quickly stir.
Leave for 10 minutes, then shape into 4 balls.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until they feel firm.
Remove and allow to cool.
