Low Carb Rolls

  1. 100 grams - hot water
  2. 60 grams - ground almonds
  3. 2 tablespoons - psyllium husk powder finely ground
  4. 2/3 teaspoons - baking powder gluten free preferred
  5. 2 pinchs - salt
  6. 1 whole - egg


Heat the oven to 200C (180C with fan).
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the egg and water and quickly stir.
Leave for 10 minutes, then shape into 4 balls.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until they feel firm.
Remove and allow to cool.
