Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - salt
- 2 - medium heads cabbage shredded
- 2 - peppers cut fine
- 1 bunches - celery cut fine
- 1 tablespoons - celery seed
- 1 tablespoons - mustard seed
- 3 cups - sugar
- 2 cups - white vinegar
- 1 cups - water
- 2 tablespoons - salt
- 2 - medium heads cabbage shredded
- 2 - peppers cut fine
- 1 bunches - celery cut fine
- 1 tablespoons - celery seed
- 1 tablespoons - mustard seed
- 3 cups - sugar
- 2 cups - white vinegar
- 1 cups - water
Directions:
1. Add salt to cabbage. Let stand for 1 hour.
2. Squeeze juice out, add peppers, celery, mustard seed and celery seed to cabbage.
3. Boil sugar, vinegar and water together for 3 minutes. Cool.
4. Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate.
Yields 10-12.
