Loaded Brownies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - flour
  2. 3/4 cups - unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - baking powder
  5. 1 cups - unsalted butter 2 sticks, softened
  6. 1 packages - cream cheese softened, 3 oz.
  7. 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  8. 3 - eggs
  9. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  10. 1/2 cups - macadamia nuts chopped
  11. 1/2 cups - milk chocolate chips
  12. 1/2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate chips
  13. 1/2 cups - cherry-juice-infused sweetened dried cranberries

Directions:

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese and sugar on medium-high for 2 minutes, until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla for 1 minute, until combined.

On low, gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture; beat 2 minutes. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Spoon batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly.

Bake for 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from pan. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
