Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - Ground chili meat
  2. 1 jars - Cookwell & Company 2-Step Chili
  3. 1 packages - Bacon
  4. 1 cups - Sour cream
  5. 1 bags - 2-lb. bag Southern Style Hash Browns
  6. 1 bunches - Green onions Chopped
  7. 1 packages - 8-0z. Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Slice bacon into small cubes, cook in skillet until brown and crispy; remove and set aside. Add in the two lbs. of ground chili meat and cook until no pink remains.
3. Add in the 2-Step Chili mix and bring to a simmer, set aside.
4. In a separate skillet, cook the hash browns according to the package directions.
5. In a large bowl combine the chili mixture, sour cream, hash browns and combine well. Mix in half of the bacon, half of the cheese and half of the green onions. Pour into a baking dish and top w/ remaining cheese, bacon and green onions.
6. Bake for 20-25 min.
