Linguine with Shrimp, Chicken or Ham

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - butter melted
  2. 5 teaspoons - olive oil
  3. 1/3 cups - grated Parmesan
  4. 1 - green onion sliced thin
  5. 1/3 cups - chopped parsley leaves
  6. 1 - plum tomato diced
  7. 1/2 pounds - dried linguine
  8. 3/4 pounds - shrimp shelled, deveined
  9. 2 cloves - garlic
  10. 2 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  11. 1/4 cups - grated Parmesan

Directions:

Stir together butter, 3 teaspoons of oil, Parmesan, green onions, parsley and tomato.

Cook linguine until al dente; drain.

Saute shrimp in oil (add garlic) until pink. Add lemon juice; toss shrimp and linguine with butter mixture.

Sprinkle with more Parmesan.
