Ingredients:
- 12 ounces - Linguine uncooked
- 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic minced
- 1/2 - Lemon juice only
- 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 3/4 teaspoons - Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 4 - Lemon wedges
Directions:
Cook linguine in boiling water until tender, about 9 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain well. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until softened, about 2 minutes. Mix in lemon juice, until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
