Linguine with Garlic

Ingredients:

  1. 12 ounces - Linguine uncooked
  2. 1/3 cups - Olive Oil
  3. 1 teaspoons - Garlic minced
  4. 1/2 - Lemon juice only
  5. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 3/4 teaspoons - Crushed red pepper
  7. 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  8. 4 - Lemon wedges

Directions:

Cook linguine in boiling water until tender, about 9 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain well. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until softened, about 2 minutes. Mix in lemon juice, until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
