- 1 cans - full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cups - mashed avocado
- 1/2 cups - lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla stevia
- 1/8 teaspoons - vanilla powder
In a sturdy blender, combine coconut milk, avocado, lime juice, stevia and vanilla.
Blend until smooth; transfer mixture to popsicle molds, and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least four hours before serving.
