Light and Easy Bisquix Mix

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups - all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoons - salt
  3. 3 tablespoons - baking powder
  4. 1 cups - Bisquick mix
  5. 2 tablespoons - soft butter or margarine
  6. 1/2 cups - skim milk

Directions:

For Bisquik Mix: Combine the flour, salt and baking powder, mixing well, and store in an airtight container.

Biscuits:
For 8 biscuits, stir together the mix, softened butter or margarine and milk.

Drop by loaded tablespoonful onto a non-stick baking sheet (sprayed with cooking spray, if desired). Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F until lightly browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. (85 calories each)
