Lemony Saute Asparagus

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - Fresh asparagus
  2. 1 tablespoons - Olive oil
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon zest Finely grated
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Black pepper

Directions:

1. Trim woody ends from asparagus. Cut spears into 1-inch bits.
2. In a large skillet, saute asparagus in 1 T olive oil over medium heat until tender.
3. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest, salt and black pepper and cook for 1 minute.
4. Serve immediately.
