Ingredients:

  1. 58 grams - Lemongrass Two Stalks
  2. 3 grams - Kaffir Lime Leaf
  3. 1 whole - Garlic Bulb
  4. 13 grams - Galanga
  5. 1 teaspoons - Turmeric

Directions:

Lemongrass Paste:
1. Combine the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, and galanga in a mortar and pestle.
2. After a paste forms, add the garlic and turmeric and grind until fully combined.
