Ingredients:
- 1 cups - flour
- 1/4 cups - icing powdered sugar
- 1/2 cups - soft butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cups - sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
Directions:
For Crust:
Mix together flour, icing sugar and soft butter. Press into 8-x-8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
For Filling:
Beat together eggs and sugar. Stir in baking powder, salt and lemon juice. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or more depending on oven.
