Ingredients:
- 2 - Lemons Zested
- 1 teaspoons - Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 - Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 - Egg
- 2 cups - Cool whip
- 1/2 cups - Icing Sugar
Directions:
Zest lemons and toss in sugar and salt (enhance flavour)
Fold into dry cake mix
Add egg
Fold in Cool whip
Beat on high for 1 minute (adds air)
Spoon small balls into icing sugar to coat
Bake on parchment, 10 minutes @325
