Lemon Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - fresh thyme leaves (OR 1/2 tsp. dried thyme) minced
  2. 1 cups - sour cream
  3. 1 cups - cottage cheese
  4. - zest of 2 lemons
  5. - juice of 1 lemon
  6. - cayenne pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 pounds - pasta (fettuccine) cooked
  8. 1/4 cups - grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, lemon zest and juice, and cayenne in blender. Pour into sauce pan and heat slowly.

Toss all together and serve immediately.
