Lemon Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 sticks - unsalted butter
  2. 1 cups - heavy cream
  3. 3 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 pounds - fresh egg fettuccine
  5. 2 teaspoons - lemon zest
  6. - freshly ground black pepper
  7. - Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet; stir in cream and lemon juice.

Cook pasta; drain, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.

Add pasta to skillet with lemon zest and 2 tablespoons of cooking liquid; toss well. Thin sauce with more cooking liquid, as needed.

Season with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
