Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sugar
  2. 1 tablespoons - flour
  3. 1 tablespoons - cornmeal
  4. 4 - eggs beaten
  5. 1/4 cups - butter melted
  6. 1/4 cups - milk
  7. 1/4 cups - lemon juice
  8. 1 - lemon (rind grated)
  9. 1 - unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Toss sugar, flour and cornmeal with a fork. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well with sugar mixture.

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes; then bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
