Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Lemon jello
  2. 3/4 cups - Hot water
  3. 1 packages - Lemon cake mix
  4. 3/4 cups - Cooking oil
  5. 4 - Eggs
  6. 2 cups - Powdered sugar
  7. 1/2 cups - Real lemon juice

Directions:

Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool.
Add to cake mix, oil, and, eggs. Beat 5 minutes.
Bake in 13x9 greased cake pan as per cake box instructions.

Glaze: combine powdered sugar & lemon juice. Prick top of cake and cover with glaze. Put back in turned off oven for 5 minutes.
