Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - lemon cake mix
  2. 1 boxes - lemon Jell-o 3 oz.
  3. 3/4 cups - water
  4. 3/4 cups - oil
  5. 4 - eggs
  6. 2 - lemons
  7. 1 1/2 cups - powdered sugar

Directions:

For cake, mix together all cake ingredients and beat 2 minutes at high speed with a mixer. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.

For glaze - Squeeze the juice of the two lemons, and mix this with the powdered sugar.

When cake is pretty cool, poke holes with fork or toothpick and pour glaze over the top, spreading all around so it soaks in evenly and makes a nice, gooey cake.

Serve with Cool Whip on top, if you like.
